With the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and economic factors like inflation, a leading retailer needed to understand and anticipate shifts in consumer mindsets and behaviors to maintain advantage in a very competitive market.
Our Approach
With the help of OCAD U CO, the client was able to address this challenge. We utilized our Futures Design Sprint—a foresight-infused methodology designed to equip clients with the necessary tools, expertise, and frameworks for strategy development, strategic planning and decision-making. This work was critical in aligning on the future direction and prioritizing key initiatives.
