Rules of Engagement

1

Coordinate your member

Before you begin reaching out to members, employers, families, or other users please check in with Jordan and Oliver! They’ll be looking for your reach-out plan including: attributes of users you’d like to talk to, how you plan to engage them (interviews etc.), and how you’ll communicate.

2

Engage the right stakeholders

Lots of our ideas need the involvement of people across OMERS and now is the time to get them involved. Where initiatives require input from other teams, such as communications, please make sure to involve them. If you’re not sure who should be involved, run it by Jordan and Oliver and they can point you in the right direction.

3

Frugal innovation wins the day!

Reasonable budget dollars can be spent to help you execute your action plans. Just let Annesley know what you need and how it will accelerate your progress.
